BYD QIN PLUS 2026 RAFFLE FAQ’s

1. What is the raffle?
   Buy any Hisense TV 65 inch and above or any Laser TV products sold only by amazon.ae and get a chance to win a BYD car. There will be a total of two (2) winners winning one (1) BYD QIN Plus 2026 car each (total 2 BYD cars).

2. How can I participate in this raffle?
   To participate in the raffle, on amazon.ae, purchase any Hisense TV 65” and above or any Hisense Laser TV, sold by amazon.ae and after a successful order, submit  the proof of purchase together with your Name, Email & contact number to us at, www.hisenseuaecampaign.com/raffle after this you will be entered as a participant in the draw. Only [one] entry permitted per customer. For any general queries about the raffle, you can email us at service.me@hisense.com.
   
   Important Note: Colour of the car may depend upon the availability.

3. Is there a minimum transaction amount required to participate in the raffle?
   Customers must purchase a Hisense TV 65 inch and above or any Hisense Laser TV sold by amazon.ae to be able to participate in the raffle.

4. What is the duration of the raffle?
   The raffle is open for entries from 1^st November 2025 till 30th December 2025.

5. What if I cancel/return the product?
   If an order is cancelled or returned, then the entry to the raffle is voided.

6. Are all the products eligible for the offer?
   This offer is only applicable on Hisense TVs of 65 inch and above and Hisense Laser TVs sold by amazon.ae only.

Raffle Terms and Conditions

1. This “Raffle” is provided to you by Hisense Middle East Trading LLC (“Hisense”)  who is the promoter and prize provider of the Raffle, under license by the Dubai Department of Economy and Transport (“DED”). Souq.com FZ LLC and its affiliates (collectively “Amazon”) shall have no responsibility or liability for the Raffle or the prizes.
   
   
2. The Raffle is open to customers making purchases of eligible products on the website amazon.ae and the mobile site and mobile application thereof (collectively, “Amazon.ae”) excluding (a) anyone connected in a professional capacity with the Raffle and that person’s immediate family members, and (b) employees and contractors of Hisense and its affiliates or Amazon or its affiliates.
   
   
3. These Raffle terms and conditions (“Raffle Terms”) are in addition to the Amazon.ae Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice to which you agree to by using Amazon.ae. In the event of any conflict between the Conditions of Use & Sale and these Raffle Terms, these Raffle Terms prevail for the purposes of this Raffle only.
   
   
4. By participating in the Raffle, you provide your express consent and acceptance of these Raffle Terms, any amendments to them, and the decisions of Hisense, which are final and binding in all respects. Hisense reserves the right to disqualify any entrant from the Raffle if, in its sole judgement, the entrant has not complied with these terms and conditions, has tampered with the operation of the Raffle, or has engaged in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to Hisense, Amazon, the Raffle, or any other participant in the Raffle.
   
   
5. There are two (2) prizes to be won (each a “Prize”) consisting of one (1) BYD Qin Plus 2026 car (specifications and colour at Hisense discretion and subject to availability). The winners of each Prize shall be required to share with Hisense valid proof of identity and age in the form of a copy of Emirates ID / UAE Driving License. Any unclaimed Prize remains the property of Hisense.
   
   
6. The Raffle opens to entries at midnight on 1st of November 2025 and closes at 11:59pm Dubai time on 30th of December 2025 (the “Raffle Period”), entries received after this time shall not be eligible for entry. Hisense shall not be liable for any failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or other conditions beyond their reasonable control or any late, lost, misrouted, garbled or distorted or damaged transmissions or entries.
   
   
7. To enter the Raffle you must: (1) make a purchase on amazon.ae of a Hisense TV, at least 65 inch in size or a Hisense Laser TV, in each case sold by amazon.ae only. Products sold by third parties, even where fulfilled by Amazon, will not be eligible for entry into the Raffle; and (2) email to Hisense at Service.me@hisense.com your proof of purchase together with your full name, email address and contact number.  Hisense will only accept entries that are completed and submitted in the format designated. Incomplete entries will not be accepted. Only [one] entry per customer will be accepted in the Raffle. Proof of electronic submission will not be accepted as proof of receipt. All entries are deemed to be entered into the Raffle on the day of receipt by Hisense. You understand that by sending such email you are providing your information to Hisense and not to Amazon. Use of personal data will comply with UAE data protection laws. Personal Data as mentioned will be collected, shared and only be used for the Raffle purposes, subject to the data protection policy published at https://www.shophisense.com/privacy-policy.
   
   
8. By accepting a Prize, entrants consent to the use of their name, city of residence, likeness or Prize information for promotional and other reasonable purposes without further payment, except where prohibited by law. A winner may be requested to participate in Hisense’s reasonable marketing and promotional activities. By entering the Raffle, you expressly consent to any photos or videos of events connected with the Prize that may be used in Hisense’s promotional marketing in connection with the Raffle.
   
   
9. After expiry of the Raffle Period, winners will be selected on ] (“22/01/2026”) under the supervision of the DED at random from all eligible participants. Each winner will be contacted by email with instructions on how to claim their Prize, including the date, time and location.  If a selected winner (or any substitute winner) is ineligible, cannot be reached within [60] days of the Results Date or does not claim the Prize within [60] days of notification, that winner (or substitute winner) will forfeit the Prize and it will be awarded to a substitute winner. The substitute winner will be selected in the same way the initial winner was selected, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. If, having attempted to contact a winner and a substitute winner, Hisense is unable to award a Prize, Hisense reserves the right to consider the Prize unclaimed. This process is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Non-winners will not be notified.  Hisense reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Raffle due to unforeseen circumstances at any time.
   
   
10. By entering the Raffle you release Amazon, relevant third parties, and each of their respective affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives and agencies, from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Raffle or with the acceptance, possession, or use of any Prize.
    
    
11. By participating in Raffle, you are aware and agree to this terms and conditions. Hisense reserves all rights. In case any terms not specified, or any ambiguity contained therein, Hisense shall have the final right for interpretation. In case of dispute, the Hisense’s decision shall be final. These terms and conditions and shall be governed by UAE law and any dispute shall be filed to Dubai courts which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
